there any restriction to appoint
the franchise in their jurisdiction
The regional Master franchise do have the right to appoint as many franchise in their jurisdiction ( for which they have purchased the Regional Master Franchise ) but of course there is restriction, the franchise fee, The regional franchisee license holder can not charge less than $
250 USD per Franchisee.
The detail of such franchise is mandatory & is to be submitted periodically once in a six month with all updates .
Where the number of such franchisee exceed more than ten , the regional Master franchisee has share the administrative charges
.
These are calculated at the rate of Rs 25000 per month ( INR 275000—Annually ) for each ten numbers of franchisees partner or part thereof, to meet the administrative expenses .
Can Arion appoint, Franchise in the Geographically area, for which Arion has appointed The Regional Master Franchise.
Normally, we don't appoint, but where it is observed that the regional Master Franchise is taking no interest to
sell our tour packages effectively , in that case Arion may appoint 50 % of the franchise to safe-guard business. A comparative statement, between the region of similar kind is enough to reach to such conclusion .
Are there any ongoing costs?
Yes - we support you in so many ways for this ongoing support there are two small fees:
Royalty @ 3% of total sale - with no minimum and no penalty
Rs 25000, per month ,( IINR 275000 per year ) towards the cost of Administrative Charges.
What will be the cost- sharing arrangement for the advertisement at local level & national level ?
The news letter's to our clients , shall be written & mailed by the Arion The local level advertisement is left to the franchisee, the franchisor does not have any control over such campaigns or share any costs .
How ever in the event when the advertisement at the national level, its frequency & expenditure on the account shall be decided unanimously among the franchisee, & a proper record of the whole affair shall be maintained .
